Honey
is considered the only food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life. History has recorded honey as the most used medicine in ancient Egypt while in the First World War, honey mixed with cod liver oil were used to treat soldier’s wound.

Honey for weight loss suggests taking a generous spoonful or two of honey at night, either as a warm drink or straight from the jar, and promises to help us sleep and lose weight at the same time by fuelling the liver, speeding up fat-burning metabolism and easing stress hormones

Honey can also offer some benefits for men dealing with impotency and women having issues with infertility. In fact, using raw honey with warm raw goat milk is known to have a positive impact on sperm count.
